6 Getting Started 1. Installi ng the TV This TV can be mounte d on a w all usi ng a W all- Mount Bracket or placed on a TV stand (each sold separately).

9 Getting Started Sony stro ngly reco mme nds tak ing measures to prevent the TV from toppling ov er . Unsecured TVs may topple and result in pro perty damage, se rious bodily injury or e ven death. Prevent the T V from T oppling Ov er s Secure the TV to a w all and/or stand.

14 Use the TV as a monitor for you r PC by connecting a HD15 to HD15 cable as sho wn belo w . This TV can also be connected to a PC with a D VI or HDMI out p ut. (Refer to the separate Quick Setup Guide.) ~ • Connect the PC IN j ack to the PC us ing an HD15- HD15 ca ble with f errite core ( analog RGB) an d audio cable (see page 11).

16 4. Setting Up the Channel List – Initia l Setup The Initial Setup screen appears when you turn on t he T V f or the f irst ti me. 1 Complete your cable connections (refer to the preceding pag es and the Quick Setup Guide prov ided separa tely) before pro ceeding with the Initial Setu p .
