Its purpose, aside from recom m ending standard operating pr ocedures and routine s ervice requirem ents, is to prom ote SAFETY through the use of acc epted operating practic es.
6 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 PRE-STA RT CHECK LIST Make the following c heck s and perfor m the ser vice required bef ore each start- up. 2.1.1. Check tires and add or r elease air as needed to bring press ure to 12 psi in drive tir es. Pressure in front dec k cas ter wheels should be 25 psi.
7 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.2 ST A RT ING & STOPPING – ENGINE, BLA DES, PA RKING BRAKE This m achine is equipped with dual hydrostatic wheel drive transm issions. Eac h transmis sion is controlled by a single motion c ontrol lever or joystick.
8 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.2.5. PA RKING BRA KE 1. Engage parking brak e by pulling the parking brak e lever back to the engaged position. NOTE : Motion c ontrol lever (j oy s tick ) mu st be in the Neutral position to engage brake. See Figure.

Contac t a local SNAPPER dealer for parts and servic e assistance. For the cor rect part or inf orm ation for a particular SNAPPER mo wer, alway s m ention the m odel and serial num ber.
