EN 6 2.2 POSITIONING AND LEVE LLING 1. Place the appliance in the chosen position. 2. Level the a ppliance ca refully in all directions with the aid of a spirit level, adjusting the height o f the feet i f necessary. Once done, fix the feet in place with the lo cknuts pro - vided.

EN 9 4. USING THE A PPLIAN CE FOR WASHING 4.1 PREPA RING THE ITEMS FOR WA SHING 1. Subdivide the items for washin g by fabric type and colour fastness. 2. Wash white and coloured items separately. New coloure d items should be washed se parately the first time.
EN 10 4.3 LOADS OF W A SHING As fa r as possi ble, to save electricity, it is more econ omical to w ash complete loa ds of the various t ypes of fabric . Shake out the washing before loading, and alternate large and s mall items. It is best t o weight the load the first f ew t imes, a fter which y ou will be able t o rely o n your ex perience.

EN 12 4.10 SWITCH ING ON THE A PPLIANCE AND SELE CTING TH E WASHING PROGRA MME To switch on the appliance and select the prog ramme, proceed as follows: 1. Turn the programmes knob in eithe r direction. This switches on the washing machine. 2. Select the washing programme.
