Instructions f or the user 53 5.1 Usi ng the racks The racks are equipped with a mechanical safety loc k which pre vents them from being taken out accidentally . T o inser t the rack correc t ly , check that the lock is f acing downwa rds (as shown in the figure).

Once the frame is inser ted, the shape d par t must sit f acing outwards (as shown in the figure). Then prepare the rotisser ie rod with the f o od, using the clip forks provided.

Instructions f o r the user 56 THERMOST A T LIGHT (on some models onl y) The light comes on to indi cate that the oven is heating up . When it goes out, the preset heating temp erature has been reached. When the light flashes regular ly it means th at the temper ature inside the o ven is k ept steady on the set le vel.
Instructions f or the user 57 TIMER/THERMOST A T KNOB (on some models only) This knob allows you to set the time, to select the cookin g temperature and duration and to program the cooking star t and end times. For con venience, it will be referred to in this document as PT1.

Select a cooking func tion (see “7.6 Selecting f unctions (p yrolytic models)”) and press PT1 twice.

When and are steady and cooking is in progress, or the oven is in standby w aiting f o r cooking to star t, press PT1 once. star ts fl ashing and PT1 can be turned to change th e set duration.

There are fasteners on all f ou r sides to attach it to the edge of the oven. Pull the edges of the seal outwards to detach the f asten ers.
