12 Instructions f or the user 7.0.2 Setting the time When the oven is used f or the first ti me, or after an interruption in the electricity supply , the display flashes at regular inter vals. Press for 1 / 2 seconds to stop the di splay flashing and star t the procedure for setting the correct time .
13 Instructions f or the user 7.0.4 Programming Cooking duratio n: the 2nd button can be pressed to set the cooking duration. Bef ore it can be set, the thermostat must be tur ned to the cooking temperature required and t he function selector knob to any setting.
14 Instructions f or the user 8. ELECTR ONIC TIMER (O N SOME MODELS ONLY) Starting cooking: as well as setting a cooking duration, the cookin g star t time can also be set (with a maximum delay of 12 hours in relation to the current time).

16 Instructions f or the user This function switches the ov en on an d off in fully automatic mode. Press the key and the displa y will light up showing the figures ; keep it pressed, and at the same time use the value modification k eys or to set th e cooking duration.
17 Instructions f or the user 8.7 Stopping t he b uzzer The buzz er stops automatically after se ven minutes . It can be stopped in manual mode by pressing the and keys together . T o switch off the appliance, retur n all the knobs to the 0 setting in sequence.

19 Instructions f or the user 9.2 Cooling fan system (on some models onl y) The appliance is equipped with a cooling system which comes into operation when the oven is s witched on. Operation of fans generates a nor mal air flow which comes out above the door and ma y continue for a shor t time ev en after the ov en is switched off .

21 Instructions f or the user 11. COOKING AD V ICE The ov en should alwa ys be preheated in fan mode to 30/40°C abov e the cooking temperature. This considerably shor tens cooki ng times and reduces electricity consumptio n, as well as giving better results.
22 Instructions f or the user 11.3 Delicate cook ing FUNCTION SELECT OR THERMOST A T 50 ÷ 250 °C This type of cooking, for which it is e xtremely impor tant to preheat the ov en in fan mode, is particul arly suitable for finishing cooking of foods under neath, or for processes which require heat ma inly from below .

26 Instructions f or the user 12. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before carrying out any operations, disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply . Nev er use a jet of steam for cleaning the inside of the ov en.
27 Instructions f or the user 12.4 Cleaning the o ven To keep the oven in good condition, it must be clean ed regularly, after allowing it to cool down. Remove all removable parts. • Clean the ov en shelves with hot water and non-abrasive detergents, rinse an d dr y .

Close the door to an ang le of about 45° and lift it off. T o reassemble, fit the hinges into their groov es, then lower the door into place and extr act the pins.

INST ALLING THE APPLIANCE 14.1 Electrical connection The nameplate with the technica l data, ser ial number and mar k is in a visible position on the ov en door surround. The nameplate must nev er be removed. The appliance must be connected to ear th in compliance with electrical system safety regulations.
