13 Instructions f or the user 7.4 Operating modes This appliance i s programmed to provide 3 operating settings, which can be modified by pressing PT2. ST AND-BY setting: with DSP1 on and showing the current time (activated as soon as the curren t time has been confirmed).
14 Instructions f or the user 7.6.1 Cooking with preset temperature After selection of the function require d, th e ov en will star t the coo king procedure at th e preset temperature and the symbol will come on. Cooking itself is preceeded by a preheating stag e, which allows the o ven to heat to the cooking temperature more quickly .
15 Instructions f or the user 7.7 Pr ogrammed cooking pr ocedures 7.7.1 Semiautomatic cooking Semiautomatic cooking is th e function which allows a cooking op eration to be star ted an d then ended afte r a specif i c length of time set by the user . Select a function (see p aragraph “7.

17 Instructions f or the user 7.8 Selecti ng a rec ipe The ov en has 9 p reset recipes and 3 memor ies; a recipe is a set of function, temperature and cooking times presettings. In the ON stat e only , a recipe can be se lected b y simply turning PT2 to the ri ght or left.

29 Instructions f or the user ROTISSERIE COOKING (ON PYROL YTIC MODELS ONLY ) Prepare the rotisser ie rod with the food, tightening the screws A of the prongs. Fit the frame B onto the second runn ers from the bottom. Remov e the handle D and position the rotisser ie rod so that the pulley E is still in the guides on the frame B.
30 Instructions f or the user 8.4 Use of the pizza pl ate (on some models onl y) This appliance is equipp ed with a plate specially dev eloped for cooking pizza. T o cook pizza, use the rele v a nt recipe identified by the symbol . • With the ov en cold , remov e the circular cov er from the bottom (see figure) and inser t pizza plate.

34 Instructions f or the user 9.6 Pyr olysis: aut omatic o ven cle aning (on some models only) Pyrolysis is an automatic hig h-tem perature cleaning proce dure which causes dir t to dissolve . Thanks to this process, it is possible to clean the inside of the ov en with great ease.
35 Instructions f or the user 9.6.2 Setting the c leaning c ycle Use PT2 to select one of the two pyrolysis functions ( and ) with the ov en in ON status.
36 Instructions f or the user 10. EXTRA ORDINAR Y MAINTENANCE The ov en may require e xtraordi nar y ma i ntenance or replacement of par ts subject to wear such as seals , b u lbs, and so on. The f ollowing instructions describe how to carry out these minor main tenance operations.
37 Instructions f or the user 10.2.2 Removin g doors with pi ns Open the door completely and inser t the pins (supplied) into the holes from the inside. Close th e door to an angle of about 45° and lift it off . T o reassemb le, fit the hinges into their groo ves , then lo wer t he door into place and e xtract the pins.

INST ALLING THE APPLIANCE 11.1 Electrical c onnection The I.D . plate with technical data, registration number and brand name is positioned visibly on the o ven door frame . The plate must not be remov e d. The appliance must be connected to ear th in compliance with el ectrical system saf ety regulations .
41 Instructions f or the user 11.2 P ositioning the o ven The ov en is designed for mounting into any piece of furnitur e as long as it is heat-resistant. Proceed acording to the dimensio ns shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a wor k top , f ol low the dimensions given in Figure 1 - 3 .
