INSTR UCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE COOKER. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE COOKER.
Introduction DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT. TAKE CARE NOT TO TOUCH THE HEATING ELEMENTS INSIDE THE OVEN. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APPLIANCE ON A RAISED PLATFORM. THE I.D. PLATE WITH TECHNICAL DATA, REGIST RATION NUMBER AND BRAND NAME IS POSITIONED VISIBLY IN THE STORA GE COMPARTMENT.

After adjustment to a different kin d of gas from the on e for which the cooker has been tested, replace the plate inside the storage compartment with one correspon ding to the new kind of gas.

Instructions for the user To prevent any steam in the ov en creating problems, open the door in t wo stages: half open (5 cm approx.) for 4-5 s econds and then fully open. To access food, alw ays leave the door open as short a time as possible to pr event the temperature in the oven from falli ng and ruini ng the food.

Close the door to an angle of about 45°, lift it and remove it from its seat. To replace, fit the hinges into the grooves pr ovided, then lower the door until it comes to rest and extract the pins.
