T urning it clockwise , the disp la y shows the temperatu re just set, the temper ature can be set between 50° C and 260°C according to the chosen function.

Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum te mperature long enough to burn any manufacturin g oily residues which could give the food a bad taste.
