Introduction THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT DURING USE. OVEN GLOVES SHOULD ALWAYS BE WORN. THE NAMEPLATE WITH THE TECHNICAL D ATA, SERIAL NUMBER AND MARK IS IN A VISIBLE POSITION ON THE SIDE OF THE OVEN. THIS NAMEPLATE MUST NEVER BE REM OVED. THE APPLIANCE IS DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE BY TRAINED STAFF .
Instructions for the Installer 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a horizontal w ork- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for conne ction of the power supply lead.

Instructions for the User 24 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 Precautions and General Advice When the oven is us ed for the first time, it should be heated to the maximum t emperature for lon g enough to burn off any oily residu es left by the manufacturing process.
Instructions for the User 4.4 Program selection This oven has 15 different cooking program s, including: 14 user-editable programs for fan-mod e cooking (P1 to P14); 1 manual editable program for fan-mode cooking ( ). The following table shows the parameters for each program.
Instructions for the User 26 Press START to confirm the start of the program. The program starts, performing the pr eheating stage; the displ ay shows "PrEh". When the preheating is complete, a "BE EP" sounds to indicate that cooking can start, and the message "PrEh" flashes o n the display.
