Chapter 2 33 System Utilities BIOS Setup Utility The BIOS Setup Utility is a hardware configuration prog ram built into y our computer ’s BIOS (Basic Input/ Output System). Y our computer is already properly configu red and optimi zed, and you do not need to run this utility .
34 Chapter 2 Information The Information screen displays a summary of your computer ha rdware inform ation. NOTE: The system information is su bject to diff erent models. Parameter Description CPU T ype This field shows the CP U type and spee d of the system.
Chapter 2 35 Main The Main screen allows th e user to set the system time and date as well as enable and disa ble boot option and recovery . NOTE: The screen above is for your reference only . Actua l values may differ . The table below describes the parameters in this screen.
