13 Setup & Connections Connecting the Projector Connecting other compatible computer s When connecting the pr ojector to a compatible computer other than an IBM-PC (VGA/SVGA/XGA/SXGA) or Mac- intosh (i.e. Workstation), a separate cable may be needed.

Useful Features 28 Useful Features Freeze Function This function allows you to instantly freeze a moving image. This is useful when you want to display a still image from a computer or video, giving you mor e time to explain the image to the audience.
Useful Features 29 Adjusting the Colour T emperature Remote contr ol This function can be used to adjust the colour temperature to suit the type of image input to the projector (video, computer image, TV br oadcast, etc.). Decrease the colour temperatur e to create warmer , reddish images for natural flesh tones.
Useful Features 30 • Gamma is an image quality enhancement function that offers a richer image by brightening the darker portions of the image without altering the brightness of the brighter portions. • Three gamma settings ar e available to allow for differ ences in the images displayed and in the brightness of the room.
