Computer Console Design Bef ore we discuss using the specific functions of the computer , let’ s get familiar with the display , the dif ferent f eatures, and v arious buttons located on the console. USING THE 130/230 COMPUTER n LCD Display Descr iptions TIME Display s the work out TIME. The TIME will count down from the TIME you entered when beginning the program and shows the TIME remaining for y our workout. INTERV AL TIME Display s the INTERV AL TIME.

Good nutrition is lik ely the most important factor in maintaining ideal body weight and managing weight loss. There are a variety of sc hools of thought regarding whic h nutrition program, diet or eating plan is best.
