Punch 57 2 Note ❒ When using Punch and Combine, Double Copies, or Auto Reduce/Enlarge, the message "Blank part will appear. Check orientation." may appear because of the orienta tion of th e orig inal and the c opy pa per. If t his occ urs, change the orient ation of th e copy pap er.

Jo b Pres et 67 2 Job Preset If a long cop y job is in progre ss and y o u d o n o t w i s h t o w a i t f o r i t t o f i n i s h , you ca n use this functio n to set u p the next one cop y job in advance . When the current cop y job is finished, your copy job will be started auto matica lly.
Copying 68 2 Other Functions Energy Saver Mode If you do no t operate the machi ne for a certain period after copying, or when you press t he { Energy Saver } key, the d ispla y disa ppear s and the machine enters Ener gy Saver mode. When you press the { En ergy Saver } key aga in, the mac hine return s to the ready c onditio n.

Preset Redu ce/Enlarge 71 2 Preset Reduce/Enlarge You ca n select a preset r atio for cop y- ing. Note ❒ You can select one of 12 p reset ra- tios (5 enlargem ent ratios, 7 red uc- tion ratio s). ❒ Use “ Create Margin ” to r educe the image to 93% of its original s ize with the centre as reference.
