GET TING ST AR TED Using your new SVMi-8E/SVMi-16E Subscriber Ser vices is as simple as following a few simple spoken instructions. F irst time users should read this section as a tuto- rial. Y ou should star t with the following steps: • Access y our Subscriber Ser vices Menu - Y ou already know how to do this.
99 Change playback speed of the recor ding. There are tw o levels of speed during playback. Dialing this code will toggle between the two speeds . 0 Play options. Pressing this key will pla y all the menu options available t o you from this point. 00 Hear the time and date , and sender's information of the message you just heard .

Setting Up Message Alert: ■ F rom the Subscriber Ser vices Menu press [6] for Mailbox A dministration. ■ Press [1] for Message Alert. ■ There are 4 options a vailable to y ou: Press [1] to toggle message alert on and off. Press [2] to set the schedule when you w ould like to be notified.
15 # PERSONAL SERVICES The P ersonal Administration Menu is used to set y our password and recor d your name. Many of these features must be allo wed by the Sy stem Administrator . 1 W orkload Management Allows you to acc ess to all reminders, both Active and P ending.
Note: Remember if you k now what digits to press , you can enter them at any time you do not hav e to wait to be prompt ed. This featur e can be toggled on/off at anytime. Also if it is off you will be prompted within each subscriber menu to press zero f or more options.
SHORT CUTS Calling Calling a station that is busy or does not answer y ou can press [#] to immediately send the call to the called parties mailbox. Being Called If your phone rings and you want to send the caller dir ectly to your mailbox, sim- ply press [#] .
