13 CARE AND MAINTENANCE ¾ Cleaning Your Compact Kitchen • Disconnect the A/C from the main power box or desig nated circuit breaker, turn off the Compact Kitchen, make s ure all surface units are off and cool befo re removing anythi ng, then remove all items includ ing shelves and ra ck.
