7 Install the top support channel with five T ype B screws provided. ➢ Make sure to screw from the top of the cabinet onto the channel. ➢ The top support channel is “L” shaped. The high side of the channel must always face inwards. The empty cabinet without the chassis is now relatively light.
E- 35 9 Attach the support brackets to the cabinet for adjusting the pitch. 9-1 Select the T ype D support bracket position that will place the bracket near the outermost point on the window sill. In most cabinets this will be the first set of holes. Using eight T ype B screws , attach the support brackets to each side of the cabinet bottom.
11 Install the cabinet in the window . 1 1-1 Place the cabinet into the window with the top support channel positioned just in front of the bottom sash. 1 1-2 Pull the window down until it rests on the cabinet, just behind the top support channel. 1 1-3 Locate five screw holes along the cabinet bottom front edge.
