Filtering W ater The quality of water you use directly affects the taste of your cof fee. The better the water , the better the coffee. With 123 Spresso you can use household tap water or spring water . Never use carbonated water . We’ve included a “universal” W ater Filter Holder .

11 Car e and Cleaning Instructions Before cleaning or removing parts, unplug the machine and allow to cool completely . Hint: When the Overflow T ray is full, the red flag will pop up to alert you it needs to be emptied. Make sure the machine is fully cooled.
