1 Thank you f or buying a R angemaster hob . It should give you many years tr ouble -free cooking if installed and operated correctly . I t is important that you read this section before you start, par ticularly if you have not used a gas hob befor e.
2 Cleaning In the interests of hy giene and safety , the hob should be kept clean at all times as a build up of fats and other foodstuff s could result in a fir e. Clean only the parts listed in this guide. Clean with caution. If a wet sponge or cloth is used to wipe spills on a hot sur face, be car eful to avoid steam burns.

Each burner has a special Flame Saf et y Device (FSD) that stops the flo w of gas if the flame goes out. T o light a burner , push in and turn the associated control knob anti- clockwise (Fig.
