7 INCLUDED A CCESSORIES Your DVD player includes the following accessories. Carrying Case — protects the DVD player and lets you easily carry it (and all of the accessories) anywhere. An accessory pouch is also included. Shoulder Strap — Attaches to the carrying case (Clip hooks on both e nds).
8 AC Adapter — lets you power the DVD player from a standard AC outlet. Aud io/V ideo Cable s — let you connect the DVD player to a TV, amplifier, video game, or camcorder. Four (4) S traps f or Vehicle Inst allation — let you install the DVD player securely in your vehicle (Clip the hook on one end and the “S” ho ok on the other).

Make sure the DVD player is securely faste ned in the carrying case. 2. Pull down the pan el on the back of the carrying case and reattach it, a ligning the velcro strip to the catch panel .
Basi c Op eration 10 BASIC OPERATION L OADING AND P LAYING A DVD Compatible Disc Types Your DVD player plays DVD discs, Audio CD discs, and most CD-R discs/CD-RW discs.
Other C onnec t ions 11 • When you stop playing a disc, the DVD player remembers where you stopped. • When you press PLA Y g to star t playing the disc again, the player picks up where you lef t of f unless you press ST OP D again, removed the disc, or unplugged the DVD player .
Other C onnec t ions 12 If not, match the supplied cable’ s yellow connector to the VIDEO connection, red to AUDIO RIGHT , and white to AUDIO LEFT . Ô C ONNECT ING TO A TV AND A MPLIFIE R You can also connect the DVD player to a TV and to a stereo amplifier to enjoy high quality ster eo sound.

For this connection, if you have not connected the OUTP UT jacks to a TV, use the supplied audio/video cable for this connection.

Make sure the disc fully seats onto the spindle. 3. Press down on CLOSE at the lower right side of the tray door to close the tray .

26 Care CARE Keep the DVD player dry; if it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. Use and store the DVD player only in norm al temperature environm ents. Handle the DVD player carefully; do not drop it. Ke ep the DVD player away from dust and dirt, and wipe it with a damp cloth occasionally to keep it looking new.
