3 Notes: • The unit can be installed on the vehicle or the ships. • Choose the mounting location wher e the unit will not interfere with the normal driving function of the driver . • Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure it is all connected up properly and the unit and the system work properly .

For safekeeping, store the fr ont panel in the supplied protective case immediately after being removed.

OPERA TION 7 CONTROL & FUNCTIONS KEYS This unit is a marine rated wired r emote contr ol made using a modified contr oller or similar layout. It is capable of operation specified functions on the marine AM/FM/CD receiver . The body , buttons, controls and display need to be UV and water -resistant.
OPERA TION 8 4 MODE SELECTION button Press the MODE button (4) to step sequentially thr ough the following sour ces: e.g. radio mode to CD mode to CDC mode to AUX in mode. 5 BAND SELECTION button Press the BAND button (5) to step sequentially thr ough the following bands: FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1(MW1), AM2(MW2), L W .
INST ALLA TION 9 3. Align the screw holes on the holder with the screw holes on the base and the screw holes on the bracket, then use the two screws (ø4X50) and nuts to fix the bracket, the base and holder to the proper location. 4. Last install the remote contr ol to the holder .
