12 Plugging and connecting Maes tro Line Preamplifier First of all, you have to link the two sections of the u nit using the thr ee provided con nectors. Before connect ing Maestro Line Pream plifier to the sou nd source a nd to the am plifier, ple ase be sure t hat all the un its are unplugged from wall out lets.
13 Volume settings and silencing (mute) The volume knob on t he front pane l and the Vol+/Vol- buttons on the r emote controller chan ge the gener al sound level. It means that the vo lume of the two channels is al tered iden tically. It is po ssible to modify the relative level of each channel changing th e balance o ption in the setu p.
14 Notes on inputs bypassing Set-up has an optio n that allows send ing the input sign al to the outputs to byp ass the amplif ier when t he unit is in stand - by mode.
15 Set-up navigation Due to the reduced si ze of the display, only one option at a time is show n. Use the remote contro ller to navigate t hrough the different options, to cho ose the desired one and also to mo dify the parameters va lue.
