GROUND WIRING Locate an area near the amplifier(s) that is metal and clean an area about the size of a quar ter down to bare metal. Inspect the area around and under neath to be sure you will not drill into wires, brak e or fuel lines, etc. Dr ill a pilot hole in the middle of this area.

AD V ANCED INSTRUMENT A TION INPUT The Adv anced Instrumentation Input has been incor porated from the legendar y Precision P ower TM 2500F1 . This circuit completely isolates the chassis ground from the audio circuit of the amplifier and reduces noise radiated into y our signal cables b y up to 40dB.
QB ASS PLUS On DCX 600.4 , DCX 800.5 , and DCX 1000.4 amplifiers, w e’ve tak en bass control to a higher le v el with QB ASS PLUS TM . The two QB ASS TM s witches (labeled 1 and 2) on the front end of the amplifier allow y ou to select one of four frequency centers 30Hz, 36Hz, 44Hz and 60Hz.
