W hen the shaping oper ati on rem o v es the enti re edge of the stoc k, e. g. i n joi nting or m aking a f ull bead, the shaped edge w ill n ot be support ed by the out f eed f ence w hen both f ences are i n li ne, as shown in F igure 27. I n this case, the stoc k should be adv anced t o the positi on shown in F igur e 27 and stopped.
