10 I nstallin g and T r ackin g A brasiv e Belt To i nstall t he abrasive bel t, proc eed as f ollows Refer t o Figur es 5 and 6: 1. Loosen t he knob (A) and sw ing t he belt end guard (B) out of position.
11 2. Insert the two M10x 25 socket head cap screws (AA), w i th tw o M10 flat w as hers (EE), t hrough the f ence base and i nto the threaded hol es on the piv ot plate. 3. Ti ghten the screws wit h an 8mm he x wrench. 4. Check t hat the gap between f ence and sanding b elt is about 1/ 16”.
