11 GENERA L ASSEMBLY INST RUCTIONS • Assem ble Saw Stand (Fig 1). Set on level s urfac e and lock both wheels to resist m ovem ent while placing Saw on Stand. • Fasten Saw Fram e Ass embly onto assem bled Saw Stand using T-Knobs . (10, Fig 1B) • Install W ater T ray Assembly to Frame.
12 CUTT ING HEA D INST A LLA TION (FIG 3) • Remove Cutting Head As sem bly (1) and Fram e and Pan Assem bly (2) from cart on. • Using the m ulti-wrench provided, ins tall the Motor Support Shaft ( 3) into the Rear Support Post ( 4). Install and tighten the Capscr ew (5) with washer to retain the Support Shaf t (3).
13 WATER PUM P INSTALLA TIO N • Remove the W ater Pump f rom its pack aging and check it to be sure it is not crack ed or dam aged in any way . • Attach the end of the plas tic tubing from the blade guard and to the water pum p. • Place the water pum p in the rear of the water tray and be sure it is below the water level.
14 EXTENSION CORDS • Use only extension c ords that are intended f or outdoor use. T hese cords are identified by a mar king “Ac ceptable for use with outdoor appliances; st ore indoors while not in use.” Use only extens ion c ords having an elec tric al r ating not less than the rating of the product.
15 WATER TUBING REMOVAL Plastic tubing connec ts the water pum p to the blade guard. The f ittings used to connec t this tubing seal and grip the outside diam eter of the tubing. Spec ial internal lock ing fingers attac hed to the flanged collet hold the tubing fast.
