Descaling is necessary every 3-4 months, when there is a reduction in the water capacity . The machine must be on; it automatically controls the distribution of the descaling solution. DESCALING W arning! Never use vinegar as a descaling agent. Y ou can use any commercially available non-toxic, non-harmful descaling product for coffee machines.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Do not dry the machine and/or its components in a microwave and/or conventional oven. Do not immerge the machine in water and do not place any of its components in a dishwasher . BASIC CLEANING The machine, its components and the brew unit must be cleaned at least once a week.

ENGLISH This is a factory-set function that automatically switches the machine into “Standby” when 3 hours have elapsed since a coffee was dispensed. The function is disabled when the “CLOCK” function is on. TIMER The switch-off time can be adjusted, in 15-minute intervals, to a minimum of 15 minutes.
