1 CHAPTER 1 Getting Star ted W elcome to the con ver gence of your PC, TV and video! This new technolog y changes the way you view TV , graphics, and video on your PC. The ALL-IN-WONDER family of cards are powerful TV tuners, D VD players, Personal V ideo Recorders, and 2D & 3D graphics and video accelerators.

T o correctly install yo ur ne w hardware: If you are using W in do ws ® 2000 or W indows ® XP , Cancel the W izard and proceed to Installing the CAT ALYST™ Software Suite on page 14 .

26 Using Your ALL-IN-WONDER T o connect a VCR or camcorder to yo ur ALL-IN-WONDER 1 T urn off your computer and your VCR or camcorder . 2 Ensure your graphics card is installed co rrectly . 3 Determine if your VCR or camcorder has an S-V ideo or Composite video connection.
Using Your ALL-IN-WONDER 27 T o connect your graphics car d to a television • Y ou must attach a TV before enabling TV output • In order to record audio on your VCR or hear audio through your TV speakers, you must c onnect the audio cables (see page 21 ).

Using Your ALL-IN-WONDER 37 Installing y our A TI HDTV Component Video Adapter For “P owered by A TI” pr oducts: 1 Insert the A TI Installation CD that came with your HDTV Component V ideo Adapter Kit into your CD-R OM drive. If W indows runs the CD automat ically , cancel the installation.
38 Using Your ALL-IN-WONDER 8 T urn on your compon ent input device, and set it to YPbPr input. See your HDTV or component input device manual for further instructions. 9 T urn on your PC. Y our TV will not display a nything until W ind ows starts. This may take several minutes.

40 Using Your ALL-IN-WONDER 8 Click 640 x 480 . 9 For Interlaced mode, click 30Hz or 60Hz . YPbPr is only available with the 30Hz or 60HZ settings. The following tips may help if you experience problems. Please contact your dealer for more advanced troubleshooting information.
