7. Answering Machi ne 60 7 Answering Mach ine Voice Mai lbox 7.1 Mailbo x f eatu res This unit provides 3 mailbo x es (mail box 1, 2, 3) for recording v oice messages. Callers using a touch tone phone can leav e a message in a specific mailbo x by entering a mailbo x number .
7. Answering Machine 61 7.2 Recording y our gre e t ing me ssage Y ou can record y our own greeting message f or T AM/F AX mode , for a maximum of 16 s ec onds (default) or 60 sec onds in length. W e recommend you record a me ssage of less than 12 secon ds to make it ea sier to r eceive f ax es.
