Insert a SIM card and battery Note: Switch the device off and disconnect th e charger and any oth er device before removing any co vers. Avoid to uching electronic co mponents while ch anging any covers. Alwa ys store and use the device with any covers attached .

Insert or remove a memory card Use only compatible microSD cards approve d by Nokia for use with this device. Incompatible cards may damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card. Your phone supports memory cards with a capacity of up to 32 GB.
Remove the memory card Important: Do not remove the memory card when an app is usi ng it. Doing so may damage the memory card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card. 1 Open the memory card slot cover. 2 Push the card in until it's free, then pull it out.
If the battery has not been used for a long time, to begin charging, you may need to connect the charger, then unplug and recon nect it. Charge the battery over USB Battery low, but you don't have a charger with you? You can use a compatibl e USB cable to connect to a compatible devi ce, such as a compute r.
Avoid touching the antenna area while the antenna is in use. Contact with antennas affects the communicatio n quality and may reduce battery lif e due to higher power level during operation. Connect a headset Do not connect products that create an outp ut signal, as this may damage the device.

You can listen to FM radio stations using your phone - just connect a headset, and select a station. To listen to the radio , you need to connect a compati ble headset to the device. The headset acts as an antenna. It is not possible to l isten to the radio through a Bluetooth headset.
