28 Basic Photography and Playback: A uto Mode Us in g t h e Fl a sh The flas h has a range of 0.6-4.0 m (2.0-1 3.1 ft. ) when the cam era is zoomed out all the way. With maximum optic al zoom applied, the range is 0.6-2.1 m (2.0- 6.9 ft.) (whe n IS O se nsitiv ity is set to Auto ).
