5 Using the Coffee Urn 1. W ash the Coff ee Ur n thoroughly bef ore using f or the first time . (See “Care and Cleaning Instructions” section in this use and care guide.) 2. Remov e co v er , pump tube, spreader , and basket. Check to see that spigot is closed.
6 7. When coff ee brewing is complete , percolating will stop and the READ Y light will come on. The Ur n automatically switches to “keep w arm” setting to preser v e fresh-tasting coff ee at hot, ready-to-ser v e temperature. F or best fla vor , remov e coff ee basket, SPREADER and pump tube when brewing is completed.
