3 Product Overview The V-R171X-I MD-HDSDI is a full res olution 17” LCD monitor with an HD-SDI input an d In-Monitor D isplay funct ionality – a cost-ef fective "all-in-one" solution f or post- production houses , broadcast ers, and mobile units .

5 Top and Front Panel Features Power Button Turn t he monitor off or on by pressing t he power button. In the ON st ate, the LED on the power button will illuminate gr een. 6 Rear Panel Features HD-SDI Input and Outp ut The V-R171X-I MD-HDSDI has one HD-SDI input and one acti ve loop-throug h output. RS-422/485 Serial Inter face The RS-422/48 5 ports are used t o remotely contr ol the IMD or all V-R171X-I MD-HDSDI f eatures, using a variet y of industr y standard prot ocols.

On ly the luminance of the image will be d isplayed as a grayscale picture.

IMD t ext, color, and alignme nt c an be assigned t o each screen locally us ing menu options ( see below).
