10 7 SER VICE FUNCTIONS 7-1. TIMER SHORT MODE For service, set time can be shortened by short circuit of JPG and JPS the indoor electronic control P .C. board. The time will be shortened as follows. 16 8-4. TROUBLESHOOTING CHECK T ABLE Before taking measures, make sure that the symptom reappears for accurate troubleshooting. When the indoor unit has started operation and detected an abnormality of the following condition (the first detection after th e power ON), the indoor fan motor turns OFF and OPERA TION INDICA TOR lamp flashes.

42 11 MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL Once the operation mode is set, the same operation mode can be repeated by simply turning OPERA TE/ST OP (ON/OFF) button ON. Indoor unit receives the signal with a beep tone. When the system turns off, 3-minute time delay will operate to protect system from overload and compressor will not restart for 3 minutes.
