2 Intercom Functions The VMC1 Video Security Intercom System can initiate “private” room to room conv ersations and whole house conv ersations or pages. T o respond to a call or page, there are no b uttons to press. The response at all stations are “hands free” and there is no need to stop what y ou are doing.
3 Double Digit Operation In Double Digit Oper ation, all Stations hav e an I.D . from: Press two digits f or the Station to talk to . RED Status LED blinks at all Stations to indicate the VMC1 system is activ e. NOTE: Only one conversation can be active at a time .
4 NOTE: VMC1 does not distinguish between audio fr om a room being monitored and audio from the tuner . If a room is to be monitor ed, it is recommended that the tuner be turned off . Set V olume Level at Master Station T o change the speaker v olume at the Master Station: 1.
5 T urn Audio Off V OLUME buttons at each station control the audio v olume for that station how e ver some audio will still be heard e v en with the volume adjusted to minimum. T o tur n A udio OFF at any station: Press and hold the MUS button. Red light begins to fl ash slowly .
