Loading p aper and original do cuments Loading the paper tray Make sur e: • You us e paper designed fo r inkjet printers. • The paper is not used or damaged. • If you are us ing s pecia lty paper, y ou follow the inst ru ctions that ca me w ith i t.
3 If y ou are loading A4 - or leg al-size p aper, then squeeze the tab and pu ll to extend t he t ray. Not e: When you pull the ext ension ou t, the first stop ac commodat es A4-si ze paper. When th e extension is fully ou t, it acco mmodate s l egal -size pape r.
6 Inse rt the tra y. Not e: If you ex tended the tra y to a ccommoda te A4- o r leg al-si ze pap er, the n the tr ay sti cks out f rom th e front of th e pr inte r w hen ins ert ed. 7 Flip up t he paper stop to cat ch the paper as it exits.
