The test procedures are entered by pressing and holding a b utton, or b uttons, as you turn on the printer . T o begin the test, hold the buttons until both the operator panel lights come on and then release the buttons after fiv e seconds.

3-3 4078-00X Initialize Error Log This test trac ks inter mittent errors . Use this procedure to reset the error log to zero . The error log is especially helpful in diagnosing inter mittent or difficult prob lems. The test is complete when power is turned off .
