18 3. Creating a new song In order to begin recording, you must first create a new blank song. 1 Press the [SONG] key to access the “SelSong” tab page. 2 Use the [CURSOR] keys to select the “New” button, and pr ess the [ENTER] key . The “MakeNewSong” dialog box will appear .

28 Step 4. Mastering In this step, we create a final two-track mix and write it to CD-R to create an original CD. You will need the separately sold CDRW-1 in order to create a CD. 1. Applying the final effect Here we will adjust the pan and volume for each track, and apply a final effect to the entire song.
