9 V ARIETY STEAMER P/N 1010649 Rev . E 03/07 STEAMING GUIDE The V ariety Steamer makes it possible to expand a menu with just one piece of equipment. The V ariety Steamer produces a super-heated dry steam. This steam penetrates the product until the product’ s temperature matches the steam temperature.
10 V ARIETY STEAMER P/N 1010649 Rev . E 03/07 OPERA TION Operator Controls ROCKER SWITCH (POWER ON/OFF) When the Rocker Switch is in the ON position, the control board is activated and the green light on the front panel lights up. A thermostat senses generator temperature.
