7 COOKTOP USE Cooktop Controls IMPORT AN T : Y our cookto p is fa ctory- set for u se with Natural gas. If you wish t o use LP Ga s, an LP Ga s Conver sion Kit is included with your new range. Mode ls with t he T ri pleTier ® Flame Burner w ill in clude a T riple Tier ® LP Gas Conversion Kit and a kit for standard ranges.
8 Use the follow ing chart a s a guide when sett ing Simmer Bur ner heat levels. Large, Medium a nd Small Burner Controls NOTE : S ettings are marked on the con trol knob.
9 2. Remove grate from cooktop and flip the grate over so that the wok supports are pointing up. 3. Place th e wok grate within the supp orts. Sealed S urfac e Burne rs IMPORT AN T : Do not obstru ct the flow of combustion and ventilat ion air around the bu rner grat e edges.
10 Standard Burner T o Clean : IMPORT AN T : Before cleaning, make sure all controls are off and the oven and c ooktop are cool. Do not u se oven cleane rs, bleach or ru s t rem over s. 1. Remove the bur ner cap from the burne r base and cle an according to “ Gen eral Cle ani ng ” section .

12 Start The ST ART pad begins any oven function except the Timer , Control Loc k and Sab bath Mod e. If not press ed wit hin 5 s econds after pressin g a pa d, “ ST ART? ” will appear on the ov en dis play as a reminder .
13 T one V olume High/ Low The volume is preset t o HIGH, but ca n be changed to L OW . T o change: Pr ess OPTIO NS, then 3 for LOW . Press OPTIONS, then 3 again for HIGH. Cooking Time C ompletion T ones ON/ OFF All tones are preset t o ON, but can be tur ne d OFF .
14 T o Re gularly Set, Untime d: 1. Press BAK E. Press the number pad s to enter a temperat ure other than 325 ° F (163 ° C). The bake range can be s et between 17 0 ° F and 500 ° F (77 ° C and 260 ° C). 2. Press ST A RT . The oven will begi n a bake cycle .
15 Bakeware The bakeware mat erial affects cooking r esults. Follow manufact urer ’ s recommendations an d use the bakeware size recommended in the recipe. Use the followin g chart as a guide . Meat Therm omete r On models wit hout a temperatu re probe, use a meat thermometer to determine donenes s of meat, poultry and fish.
