13 T o Broil: Before broi ling, position rack according to the Br oiling Chart. Position food on the grid on th e broiler pan, then pl ace it in the center of th e oven rack with the lon gest side parallel t o the door . It is not necess ary to wait for the oven t o preheat before puttin g food in, unle ss r ecomm ende d in the re cipe.
14 Convect Full Meal (single, upper and, on s ome models, lower oven) Convect Ful l Meal lets you choose from eleven preset cooki ng cycles. A single pad inclu des an oven setting , an oven temperature, an d a cook time or probe temperatu re. One pad is changeabl e to allow you to set your own cy cle and save it for future use.
