13 Gri ddle (o n some models) The griddle, made of brushed, cold-rolled steel, is similar to those used in commercial kitchen s. The griddle is packaged with a protective grease coating covered with pap er that must be r emoved completely with hot, soapy water .

23 Oven Lights The oven lights are 12-volt, 5-watt maximum halogen bulbs. They will come on when the oven door is opened. On double oven models, b oth upp er and low er lights wil l come on when eith e r door is ope ned. The ov en lights wi ll not work during th e Self- Cleaning cycle.
