CAUTION: While it is pos sib le for one per son to assemble this grill, obtain assistance from another person when handling some of the l arger, he avier pieces. Note: Be sure to slide grease tray out of back of grill head and remove all packaging f rom tra y.

Grease Cup Assembly From the bac k, pull o u t gre as e tray (W), remove a ny packaging materials from it, then insert grease cup (X) in to grease tray (W) as shown in (Fig.16). Push grease tray back into grill. 6. Installing Cooking Components (a) Place heat diffu sers over burners as show n.
Fig.19 15 8. Connecting LP Ga s Tank to LP Grill (a) F rom front of the cart, place foot ring of 20 lb tank into the hole in bottom panel. Make sure the tank valve is in OFF position. U se the tank bolt to secure the tank in a fixed position (Fig. 1 9).
3. Be sure all gas connections are securely tightened. 4. Turn on gas supply. 5. Open the grill main lid. 6. Push and turn any main burner con trol knob to HI position. Push Electronic I g nition button for 3 to 5 seconds to light burner. 7. If the burner does not light after 5 seconds, turn knob to OFF .
IGNITE / HI LO OFF WARNING Never lean over the grill cooking area while lighting your gas grill. Ke ep your f a ce and body a safe distance (at least 18 inches) from the cooking grid sur face when lighting your grill b y match. If Grill Still Fail s To Light 1.
To ensure a proper working unit the fo llowing proper care and maintenance is suggested. Cleaning Cooking G rids We suggest you wash your cooking grids in a mild soap and warm wa ter solution . You can use a wash cloth o r soft brush to c lean your cook ing grids.
BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE If the grill does not function properly, use t he following check list before calling for service. You should inspec t the burners at leas t once a year or immediate ly afte.
