21 1. Check the mounting method of the lens before mounting ● This camera is set to CS-mount lens b ef ore shipment. T o use a C-mount lens, loosen the bac k f ocus f astenin g screw with a scre wdriver , turn the back f ocus adjustment ring with y our finger or th e screwdriv er and change the mounting method.

28 Setup This camera is adjust ed to a optim um wide r ange f or CS-mount lens bef ore shipment but rea djustment is required when using zoom lens or C-mount lens or when the lens f ocus ring is out of focus . Use the f ollo wing methods to adjust the back f ocus.

30 Setup After the connectio n is complete, t urn on the camera, disp lay a n image on the monitor and check t he video image. In the case of an automatic iris control lens, the camera has been f actory- adjusted to the best position, but it ma y need to be adjusted according to the condition of the object or the lens combination.
31 䢇 LEVEL adjustment Memo: ● If the LEVEL sensitivity adjustme nt is turned excessiv ely to L, the sensitivity increases because of the A GC functi on of the camera and the image looks gr ainy .
32 Setup Each light source has its own co lor temperature . Theref ore, when the main light source lig hting an object is cha nged, press th e SET bu tton f or a while an d adjust the white balance again.
