E-4 Introduction Safety Precautions • Installation of this unit requires expertise. Please contact your dealer for details. • The ceiling to mount the camera has to be strong enough to support the weight of this product. If the ceiling is not strong enough, make sure to apply reinforcement to the ceiling before installation.
E-6 4 [ D/N - ON/OFF] Easy Da y & Night switch To capture a subject with continually changing brightness (day/night), set this switch to “ ON. ” The camera automatically uses color mode when the subject is bright, and black and white mode when it is dark.
E-8 1 Safety cable installation screw Install the safety cable using this screw . (Safety cable not included.) 2 Mounting holes (for mounting to the electrical box) When using a 4 inch square electrical box, the 2 holes are used to fix the box in place.
E-10 1. 2. Camera unit Base Wrench Mounting the Base Installation and connection Remove the camera unit from the base and mount the base to the pipe. • Do not remove the protective sheet affixed to the dome cover until installation work is completed.
E-12 Video signal cables Connect the coaxial cables to the coaxial cable processing terminal. Connect the Cables to the Base • Perform the process shown on the left diagram (above illustration) for the coaxial cable tip before connecting.
