A SSEM BLY INSTRUCTI ON Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by tw o or more people to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Pl ace the Main Base Frame ( #2) on a flat surface.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Base Frame ( #2) and the Rear Base ( #18) to the bottom of the Rear Verti cal Beam (#4). Ali gn the holes and secur e them together w ith two M10 x 3” Carr iage Bol ts (#105), Ø ¾” W ashers (#118), and M10 Air craft Nuts (#125).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Fr ont Vertical Beam (#3) to the Mai n Base Frame (#2). Secur e it w ith one M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt ( #104), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#118), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#125). Do not tighten the nut and bolt yet. B.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Seat Suppor t (#11) to the Fr ont Vertical Beam ( #3) and Main Base Fr ame (#2). Secure it to the Front Ver tical Beam w ith one M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt (#104) , two Ø ¾” W ashers (#118), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#125) .
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Pl ace the Seat (#61) onto the Seat Incli ne Adjustment (#13). Secure it w ith tw o M10 x 1 ¾” All en Bolts (#101) and Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#118). B.) Inser t the Seat Incline Adjustment i nto the opening on the Seat Suppor t (#11).
STEP6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Sl ide the Slidi ng Pull ey Fr ame (#21) onto the Sli ding Pul ley Ver tical Beam ( #9) from the bottom. Use a Lock Knob (#71) to secur e the Frame at desired posi tion. B.) Attach the Sl iding Pulley Vertical Beam (#9) onto the Rear Base (#18).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach a Pulley to the front opening on the Upper Frame (#5) . Secure it w ith one M10 x 2 ½” Allen Bolt ( #103), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#118), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#125). Do not tighten the nut and bolt yet. The Pull ey needs to be remov ed to install the cable later.
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Insert the Rig ht Butterf ly Arm (#6) i nto the pivot on the Fr ont Vertical Beam (#3). Secure i t with one M 10 x ¾” Allen Bol t (#97), Ø ¾” Spring W asher (#115), and Ø 1 ½ ” x Ø ½” W asher (#122). B.) Insert the Butterfly Swi vel H andle (#8) into the piv ot tube on the Rig ht Butterfly Ar m (#6).
STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Attach the Bench Press Base (#32) to the pi vot on the Upper Frame (#5). Al ign the hol es and insert a 8” Bench Pr ess Axle ( #44) throug h the holes. Secure the Ax le w ith tw o M10 x ½ ” Socket Set Screws (#113). B.) Attach the Bench Press Arm (#1) to the Bench Press Base (#32).
STEP 10 (See Diagram 10) A.) Attach the Backrest Adjustment Frame ( #10) to the Front Verti cal Beam (#3). Secur e the bottom of the Frame to the Front Vertical Beam wi th one M10 x 3 1/8” Allen Bol t (#106), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#118), and one M10 Air craf t Nut (#125).
STEP 11 (See Diagram 11) A.) Align tw o Ø 2 ½” x 1” Rubber Bumpers (#76) onto the hol es on the Main Base Frame ( #2). Insert tw o Guide Rods (#15) through the Bumper s and into the Base Frame. Sli de 19 W eight Plates (#48) onto the Gui de Rods.
STEP 12 (See Diagram 12) A.) Attach two Pulley s to each Angled Double Floating Pulley Bracket (#26). Secure each Pulley wi th one M10 x 1 ¾ ” All en Bolt (#101), tw o ∅ 3/4” W ashers (#118), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#125). Do not ti ghten the nuts and bolts y et.
STEP 13 Upper Cable Looping (See Diagram 13) A.) Sl ide a Ball Stopper (#70) onto the 161” Upper Cabl e (#52). Sli de and Pull the Cabl e Strap Bracket (#45) onto the C able. Secure the Bracket w ith a M8 x 1 ¼” Allen Bolt ( #110) and M8 Aircraft Nut (#124) .

STEP 14 High-Low Station Cable Looping (See Diagram 14) A.) Slide a Ball Stopper ( #70) onto the 262” High-Low Cable (#53). Sli de and Pull the Cabl e Strap Bracket (#45) onto the Cable. Secure the Br acket wi th a M8 x 1 ¼ ” Allen Bol t (#110) and M8 Aircr aft Nut (#124).

STEP 15 Low er & AB Cable Looping (See Diagram 15) A.) Inser t the 265” Low er Cable underneath the Pulley on the Leg Developer (#12). B.) D raw the Cable underneath the Pul ley along the M ain Base Frame to the Pull ey under the Seat.

STEP 16 Butterfly Cable Looping (See Diagram 16) A.) Attach one end of the 99” Butter fly Cabl e (#55) to the bottom of the Rig ht Butterfly ( #6). Secure it w ith the M10 x 1 5/8” All en Bolt (#100), Ø 7/8” x ½ ” Spacer (#80) , two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#118), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#125) on the Bracket.
STEP 17 Tension Cable looping (See Diagram 17) A.) Thread the bolt on the 161” Tension C able (#56) i nto the Singl e Floating Pul ley Br acket (#23) previ ously i nstalled. B.) Remov e the Cable Strap Br acket f rom the other end of the Cable. C.) D raw the Cable dow n to the obliq ue Pulley on the Main Base Frame.
STEP 18 (See Diagram 18) A.) Attach tw o W eight Plate Cov ers (#16) to the Top Socket Assembly (#20) and Main Base Frame (#2). Secur e each W e ight Plate Cover wi th four M6 x 3/8” Al len Bolts ( #95) and Ø ¾” Nyl on W ashers (# 67).
