6 Before beginning assembly , carefully read the following information and instructions: ¥ Assembly requires two people. ¥ Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
7 3. Attach the Bench Leg (1) to the Bench Frame (5) with two Bench Joint Plates (18), four M10 x 70mm Bolts (21), and four M10 Nylon Locknuts (1 1). Note: Tighten all the M10 Nylon Locknuts (1 1) used in steps 1-3. 3 1 11 18 5 21 18 4. Press two 25mm x 40mm Inner Caps (28) into each Backrest T ube (27).
8 8. Place the Seat Mounting Bracket (23) on the Bench Frame (5) so that the Seat Adjustment Bracket (36) fits over the welded pin on the side of the Bench Frame. Lubricate an M10 x 80mm Bolt (31). Attach the Seat Mounting Bracket (23) to the indicated bracket on the Bench Frame (5) with the Bolt and an M10 Nylon Locknut (1 1).
9 1 1. Insert three 45mm Square Inner Caps (40) into the ends of the Leg Lever (17). Insert a 25mm Round Inner Cap (39) into the weight tube on the Leg Lever .
10 THE FOUR BASIC TYPES OF WORKOUTS Muscle Building The only way to increase the size and strength of your muscles is to push them close to their maximum capacity . When you progressively increase the inten- sity of your exercise, your muscles will continually adapt and grow .
11 Make sure to rest for a short period of time after each set. The ideal resting periods are: ¥ Rest three minutes after each set for a muscle build- ing workout. ¥ Rest one minute after each set for a toning workout. ¥ Rest 30 seconds after each set for a weight loss workout.
