13 5.0 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: Risk of Injury. Do not direct discharge stream at anyone. WARNING: Make sure the wand is pointed in a safe direction when starting the pressure washer. Do not point at face or feet as serious injury could result.
14 5.3 USE OF CLEANING DETERGENTS 1. Remove wand. (Fig. 12 ) 2. Insert the lance into the gun by pushing firmly and simultaneously twisting a ¼ of a turn until locked into place. 16 5.4 CLEANING TECHNIQUES Wh en clea ni ng with the pr ess ure wash er, ma ny c lea ni ng task s can be solv ed with wate r alon e, but for most tasks it i s ad vant ageo us t o us e de terg ent. A dete rgent e nsures a quick soak ing of the dirt al lowing the high pressure water to penetrate and remove the dirt more effectively.
17 Fig. 17 5.5 END OF OPERATION When you have completed use of the detergent nozzle, run clean water through the suction tube and nozzle until thoroughly cleaned. NOTE : Fai lure to c lean properl y wi ll ca use t he de terg ent nozzle to become clogged and inoperable.
18 6.1 CONNECTIONS Connections on pressure washer hoses, gun and spray wand should be cleaned regularly and lubricated with light oil or grease to prevent leakage and damage to the o-rings. 6.2 NOZZLE The adjustable spray nozzle should be lubricated regularly.

24 8.0 LOCALIZACIÓN DE LAS AVERÍAS P R OB L E M A CAUSAS POSIBLES SOLUCIÓN No dispensa detergente El tubo de aspiración está desco- nectado u obstruido. Asegúrese de que el tubo limpio está conectado correctamente a la lanza del detergente. Si no lo está, volver a acoplarlo.
