Transferring files an d settings to your new computer You can copy file s from another computer to you r new compute r by using CD s or DVDs, memory s ticks, and ex ternal hard d rives.

System Recovery System Rec overy comple tely erases and reforma ts the hard di sk drive, dele ting all data files yo u have created, a nd then rein stalls the oper ating system, programs , and drivers .
