With two processors installed, the server supports boot functions through the processor installed in processor socket 1. The server PPMs are DC-to-DC converter s that provide the proper power to each processor.

Hardware options installation 65 SCSI IDs The server supports single- or dual-channel hard drive configurations. The single-channel configuration (simplex) supports up to six hard drive s on one channel.
