Y ou can select them by media size and t ype through y our softw are application or t he printer driv er . 98 Common printing tasks EN Deleting a held job When a user sends a proof and hold job , the pr inter automatically deletes that user ’ s pre vious stored proof and hold job .
EN Chapter 3 99 Printing a private job The pr iv a te print ing f ea ture lets a user spec ify that a job is not print ed until that user releas es it using a 4-digit person al identification number ( PIN) through the printer contro l panel. The user specif ies the PIN in the driv er and it is sent to the printer as par t of the print job .
